Freight scope
The launch service is focused on standard UK road freight. Dangerous goods, abnormal loads, waste, temperature-controlled products, high-risk cargo and other specialist movements must be declared and accepted in writing before booking.
Transport terms
Actual freight movements should be governed by separately approved customer trading terms and carrier subcontract terms setting out issues such as capacity, liability, payment, cancellation, waiting time, claims and onward subcontracting. These website terms are not a substitute for those contracts.
