The business is deliberately asset-light. JS Freight does not need to own the vehicle performing each movement. Instead, the freight desk receives the customer's transport requirement, sources suitable independent carrier capacity, agrees the commercial terms and manages the movement through to proof of delivery.
This creates a broader choice of vehicles and operating areas than an owned fleet could provide at launch, while keeping one point of contact for the customer.
